Job Description

Operate resort boats safely and efficiently for guest transfers, excursions, logistics, and operational requirements.

Ensure the safety and comfort of guests at all times during boat journeys, following resort and maritime safety standards.

Assist guests with embarkation and disembarkation, including luggage handling when required.

Conduct daily safety checks and routine inspections of boats, engines, and safety equipment.

Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of boats, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.

Communicate clearly with Front Office and Reservations regarding schedules, guest movements, and special requirements.

Follow all Maldives maritime regulations, resort SOPs, and emergency procedures.

Report any technical issues, damages, or safety concerns immediately to the supervisor.

Deliver friendly, professional service that reflects the standards of NH Collection Maldives Reethi Resort.

Qualifications

Valid Maldives speedboat license or equivalent marine certification preferred

Previous experience as boat crew or in marine operations, preferably in a resort environment

Good knowledge of boating safety procedures and Maldives maritime regulations

Basic swimming ability and understanding of emergency response procedures

Ability to communicate in basic English

Physically fit and able to work in outdoor and marine conditions

Professional, safety-conscious, and service-oriented attitude
