Responsibilities Conducts assessments: diagnostic, mental health status review, suicidal assessments, and evaluates level of danger/riskInterprets and summarized clinical assessments and findings with recommended treatment/rehabilitative activities and goalsParticipates in the development of individual treatment/rehabilitative plan, especially in regards to therapeutic servicesMonitors the individual treatment/rehabilitative process and writes crisis/treatment/behavioral plans with differential goals and objectivesAchieves client specific and programs outcomesFacilitates and monitors the civil commitment processMonitors and records medication administration activitiesDocuments essential activities related to licensure, welfare, and safetyIncreases knowledge and skills based on client and program needsOther duties as assigned Qualifications Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or universityAt least 4,000 hours of supervised experience in the delivery of services to persons with mental illnessAt least two years of experience preferredRequires license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker or aLicensed Psychologist, or a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
