Board Certified Behavior Analyst - ST
Salary: $3400 / Week The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing expert consultation, training, and supervision in the delivery of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This role includes conducting behavioral evaluations, developing and implementing individualized ABA programs, and creating behavior intervention plans for individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges. The BCBA also serves as a program supervisor, ensuring high-quality service delivery through observation, assessment, and staff guidance. Key Responsibilities: + Conduct behavioral assessments and evaluations. + Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans. + Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff. + Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed. + Ensure compliance with all professional, ethical, and regulatory standards. Minimum Requirements: + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. + Experience in behavior analytic service delivery (preferred). + Adherence to all relevant professional standards of practice. + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray (if applicable). + Current health certificate (as required by contract or state regulation). + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
