Schedule: + Monday – Friday (School Hours) + Part-Time or Full-Time Options Available + Weekly Pay Position Overview The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, and develops/implements Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programmatic therapeutic services. Acting as a program supervisor, the BCBA educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery in school, clinic, home, or other settings. Essential Responsibilities + Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and educational assessments + Accurately identify the function of challenging behaviors and socially valid, pivotal behaviors to target + Define and implement ABA curriculum using evidence-based strategies (e.g., DTT, PRT, ESDM) + Develop strong collaborative relationships and train staff to implement ABA techniques + Provide ongoing support and supervision to field staff, ensuring treatment integrity + Provide supervision hours for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) if applicable + Investigate concerns and provide coaching when appropriate + Determine prevention, intervention, and consequence strategies using non-aversive methods + Collect, analyze, and report data within established time frames to ensure program validity + Attend and present behavioral progress at staff or client meetings Minimum Requirements + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or related field + Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services in schools + Minimum of one (1) year pediatric experience preferred + Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice + Current CPR (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Successful completion of new hire training as applicable + Understanding of patient confidentiality and HIPAA requirements + Strong communication skills and computer proficiency + Must be at least 18 years of age Benefits At Amergis Healthcare Services, our clinicians are the heartbeat of our organization.
