Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – School Setting Location: Port Hueneme, CA Start Date: January 5, 2026 Contract Length: 20 weeks (through end of school year) Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week (AM shift) Setting: In-person only Position Overview The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) provides consultation, training, conducts behavioral evaluations, and develops/implements behavior intervention plans for students with academic and behavioral challenges. This role also includes educating, observing, assessing, and supervising behavioral service delivery in the school setting. Minimum Requirements + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Teaching, or related field + Preferred experience delivering behavior analytic programs in schools + Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred + Compliance with all professional standards of practice + Current CPR (if applicable) + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable) + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation) + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + Must be at least 18 years of age Compensation + Local Pay: $85/hour + Travel Package: $3,859/week gross Additional Details + Grade Levels: Preschool – Elementary + Sites: Up to 2–3 school sites per week + Guaranteed Hours: 40/week Interested?
