Comments and Other Information - provide one-to-one support to the client, parents, and behaviorists in a school, clinic, and/or home setting. - be responsible for developing behavioral strategies and creating a behavior plan to best meet the needs of each client. - train, supervise, and mentor your team of behaviorists by using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). - maintain detailed and accurate records, including strategies, techniques, and modification changes to behavior plans.
