**Overview** **Position:** Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) **Location:** 5659 Stadium Drive, Ste 2, Kalamazoo, MI 49009 **Schedule:** Monday-Friday **Salary:** **Starting at** **$80,000** **(commensurate with experience)** **Incentives:** **$10,000 Sign-On Bonus and $350 per month in uncapped student debt relief** We areseeking a full-time BCBA with at least 2 years of experience to join a fun, collaborative multi-disciplinary team! We arepassionate about providing excellent care, from applied behavior analysis (ABA) to physical, occupational, and speech therapy. In this role, you’ll work with pediatric patients from birth up to 21 years old.This position requires an individual to market to grow the program, complete assessments, do direct hours with clients, be involved with hiring and training new BT's and more. Previous Clinic Director experience preferred!Our BCBAs provide ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians and RBTs.
