Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $80/hr – Oakland, CA – In-Person – 39 WeeksPosition Overview: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst provides behavioral consultation, evaluations, training, and intervention planning within the school setting. This role includes developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), supervising behavior-support staff, supporting IEP teams, and ensuring high-quality behavioral service delivery across academic and functional environments. The BCBA also assists with staff coaching, collaboration, and quality assurance.
