Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $70–$75/hr – Immediate Start - Aurora, IL Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM (30-minute unpaid break) Assignment Type: In-person | Elementary Level (PreK–5) Contract Length: ASAP through End of School Year About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary-level Emotional/Behavioral (EBD) program. This is a highly impactful role where you will lead behavioral support services, coach staff, and help improve student outcomes through evidence-based behavior analysis. What You’ll Be Doing + Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and develop Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) + Train and coach staff on behavioral strategies and positive behavior supports + Observe, collect, and analyze behavioral data to guide interventions + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success + Provide ongoing consultation within classroom settings + Maintain documentation in accordance with all professional and ethical standards What We’re Looking For + Active BCBA certification (Behavior Analyst Certification Board – BACB) + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field + Experience providing behavioral services in school settings preferred + Pediatric or school-based experience strongly preferred + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements + CPR, TB test, and health certificate may be required based on regulations + Must be at least 18 years of age Why This Role Stands Out on Indeed + Immediate start + Competitive pay range ($70–$75/hr) + School-day hours — no evenings, weekends, or holidays + Consistent, stable schedule through the end of the school year + High-impact work in a supportive setting How to Apply or Refer a Candidate For immediate consideration—or to refer a qualified BCBA—please contact: Cliffton Meadows National Recruitment Manager – Amergis ?? 813-371-5189 ??
