Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – $70–$75/hr – Immediate Start - Aurora, IL Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour Schedule: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM (30-minute unpaid break) Assignment Type: In-person | Elementary Level (PreK–5) Contract Length: ASAP through End of School Year About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an elementary-level Emotional/Behavioral (EBD) program. This is a highly impactful role where you will lead behavioral support services, coach staff, and help improve student outcomes through evidence-based behavior analysis.
