Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Educational Services Work Setting: In-Person Start Date: February 23, 2026 Hours: 37.5 per week Assignment Duration: 20 weeks Travel: None Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support students with academic and behavioral needs in a school-based environment. In this role, you will conduct behavioral assessments, develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), provide consultation to school teams, and deliver training to staff. As part of your responsibilities, you will act as a clinical educator—observing, assessing, and supervising both behavioral and educational service delivery to ensure high-quality programming and student success. Key Responsibilities + Conduct behavioral evaluations and functional assessments. + Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. + Provide consultation, training, and coaching to teachers and support staff. + Observe and assess the fidelity of behavior and instructional strategies. + Collaborate with school teams to support academic and behavioral growth. + Maintain compliance with all professional and ethical standards of practice. Minimum Requirements + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Teaching, Psychology, or a related field. + Must comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory requirements. + Must be at least 18 years old. + Current CPR certification (if applicable). + TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as applicable). + Current Health Certificate (per contract or state regulations). Preferred Qualifications + Experience providing behavior analytic programming and services in school settings. + Minimum one year of pediatric experience preferred. + Strong communication and training skills. + Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary educational teams.
