Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support an Elementary-level Emotional Disability (ED) program. This is an in-person, school-based opportunity with a supportive team, a clear schedule, and fast feedback throughout the hiring process. Assignment Details + Grade Levels: Pre-K – 5 + Local Pay Rate:$60/HR + Program: Elementary ED Program + Setting: In-Person, School-Based + Start Date: ASAP + End Date: End of School Year + Schedule: + Hours: 8:15 AM – 3:45 PM + Break: 30-minute unpaid break ?? Key Responsibilities + Provide behavior analytic services to students within the ED program + Develop, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans + Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and administrators + Support positive behavioral outcomes in the classroom + Maintain documentation and compliance with district guidelines ? Requirements + Active BCBA certification through the BACB (required) ?? https://www.bacb.com/services/o.php?page=100155 + Prior field experience as a BCBA (school-based experience strongly preferred) + Ability to work fully in person + Must meet all district and regulatory requirements ??
