What You’ll Do + Conduct comprehensive behavioral evaluations and develop evidence-based intervention plans. + Provide hands-on training and consultation to school staff and caregivers. + Act as a clinical teacher—observing, assessing, and mentoring to ensure quality behavioral service delivery. + Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student success. What We’re Looking For + Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). + Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field. + Experience in school-based behavior analytic programs preferred. + Minimum 1 year of pediatric experience (preferred). + CPR certification and compliance with all health and safety requirements.
