Perform advanced mechanical and electrical repairs on BMW vehiclesDiagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of issues with precisionConduct inspections and recommend maintenance or repair servicesWork closely with Service Advisors to ensure exceptional customer experiencesMaintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with BMW and Lithia standardsWhat We’re Looking For:
2+ years of automotive technician experience with the BMW brand is requiredAutomotive technical training or ASE certifications preferredStrong diagnostic and problem-solving skillsAbility to work efficiently both independently and as part of a teamValid driver’s license with clean driving recordWhat We Offer:

This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation.
