What this job involves:

Monitor and operate BMS to control HVAC, lighting, access control, and other building systems

Analyze system performance data and implement improvements to increase energy efficiency

Troubleshoot and resolve BMS issues, coordinating with maintenance teams as needed

Develop and maintain BMS documentation, including system layouts and operating procedures

Program and configure BMS software and controllers

Conduct regular system audits and recommend upgrades or replacements

Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations

Collaborate with other teams to integrate BMS with other building system 

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications:

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Bachelor's degree in building services or related field

At least 2 years of experience working with building management systems

Proficiency in BMS software

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building operations

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
