Receiving ID and access card request forms & checking the correctness of the data as per the form & any deviation highlight to the concern helpdesk.

Printing the ID and HID cards as per the requirement and grant access via C-Cure tools.

Ensure to reach the ID cards a per the agreed time (SLA) to the helpdesk (Service Now ticket closure within SLA)

Always maintain the required stock of ID card materials (plain cards, cartridges, ribbons etc)

Maintain the tracker for issued cards, damaged and stock in hand

Accountable for any loss of/misuse of ID card

Following up with vendors for materials as per the PO (ID card consumables, confidential sticker, access cards, lanyards, perforated cards, etc)

Follow the register for stock maintenance

To ensure the access to authorized staff only. Physical access of staff should be revoked in C-cure System immediately if it is no longer required.

Manage the security access-control database in conjunction with the Security Contractor.

Responsible for operating and maintaining surveillance equipment, watching both live and recorded video surveillance footage, reporting incidents or suspicious behavior and contacting the authorities when necessary.

Carry out routine check for correct operation of all control equipment as directed bu site management and Daily/Weekly report.

Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control systems. (Door Ajar Alarm, CCTV, logbook, etc)

Communicate all maintenance and repair actions in writing for information to management as required.

To complete the necessary paperwork for the completion of work and get it authorized by the client after their inspection or audit. (EREES Badge Report)

To develop a close working relationship with the site client management an client to ensure communication lines are open complete periodical reports on the progress of work for record purposes.

Maintain all service reports related to CCTV and Access system for auditing purpose.

Follow up with service provider on timely PPM works related to all CCTV and Access system.

Ensure to maintain minimum stock of BMS spares

Complete responsibility of any Adhoc WCC related to BMS system and preparation of incident reports within 24 hours.

Monthly access reconciliation report through C-cure

Co-ordinating with Indonesia, Jakarta team for C -cure related issues and QICI requirements.
