We are seeking an Entry Level Block Machine Operator to join our team. The operator will be responsible for operating machinery that casts concrete blocks, working with raw materials, ensuring quality, and moving finished blocks to racks. The operator will produce 12-16k blocks daily.
**Experience Level:** Entry Level
**Location:** Orlando, FL
**Pay / Shift:** $17 - $18/hr

**Essential Skills**
+ Mechanically inclined, with the ability to perform basic troubleshooting on machines.
+ TEAM PLAYER!!
+ Capable of standing for 12 hours a day.
+ Able to lift 50 lbs throughout the shift.
+ Proficient in reading a tape measure and following basic work instructions.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
**Work Environment**
This role involves working in an outdoor environment covered by a pavilion, which can be hot or cold depending on the weather. The environment is dusty and dirty. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, with frequent Saturday shifts, from 6 AM to 6 PM, totaling up to 60 hours a week. You will be standing on your feet for the duration of the shift. Personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots, is required.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, Florida.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
