Job Description

WHAT YOU’LL DO​

As a Block Area Visual Merchandiser, you’ll play a key role in driving sales and profit across your Area by creating plans that elevate customer experience. You’ll ensure an inspiring and commercially strong presentation of products, bringing trends and brand identity to life in a way that excites our customers. You’ll also help build strong visual teams by focusing on succession planning, developing talent and leadership, and ensuring structured performance management rooted in results, our values, and great leadership.

You will:

Secure a consistently high visual level in Stores: inspiring, commercially strong, and fully aligned with Brand expectations and guidelines.Support Store Management Teams in implementing activities and campaigns, helping them plan and prioritize using insights from the Commercial Audit Tool and store reports.Stay up to date on fashion trends, visual guidelines, styling techniques and the competitive landscape and ensure your teams are equally well‑informed to anticipate customer needs.Collaborate regularly with your Sales Market Visual Manager to communicate the visual level in your Area and support expansion through effective planning for new stores and rebuilds.Drive talent identification and succession planning for all visual roles in the Area to secure a sustainable pipeline.Evaluate, coach and develop the visual performance of Store Teams through feedback, coaching visits, training sessions and workshops.​

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH​

As a Block Area Visual Merchandiser, you will be an integral part of the Area Team, working closely with them to ensure that your stores deliver a great customer experience in line with the country's objectives. You will regularly collaborate with Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and Visual Merchandising Managers across area’s stores. Additionally, you will engage with other key stakeholders to align visual merchandising strategies and drive store performance.

This is a full-time position, based in Tallin (Estonia). Block Area Visual Merchandiser reports directly to Block Area Manager responsible for Estonia.
