Blender Operator
**Job Title: Blender Operator** **Job Description** Join a dedicated team responsible for managing the blending department. As a Blender Operator, you will work collaboratively with two other team members to efficiently operate and maintain three blender machines. Your day will involve following batch sheets to accurately pull raw materials using a sit-down forklift, as well as dumping bags into the machines and meticulously documenting weights. **Responsibilities** + Operate and manage three blender machines in collaboration with a team. + Follow batch sheets to pull raw materials using a sit-down forklift. + Dump bags of materials into the machines and document weights accurately. + Troubleshoot and repair machines as necessary. + Inspect equipment and document all processes thoroughly. **Essential Skills** + 2 years of blending experience. + 2 years of troubleshooting and repairing machines. + 2 years of inspection and documentation experience. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mixing, blending, and coating machines. + Experience in compounding and changeover processes. + Granular experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** This is a unique opportunity to join a brand new, climate-controlled facility that currently houses 50 employees but plans to grow to 150 by the end of next year. Pay is starting at $22/hr. **Work Environment** The position is for the 2nd shift, from 3pm to 11pm. Enjoy a 30-minute paid lunch break as part of your workday. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
