**Job Description** GENERAL PURPOSE Oversee the operation of mix rooms by working from schedules and formulas to utilize production’s schedule to plan the sequence of mix needed to flow from tanks. 2pm - 10:30pm Monday - Friday or 10:00pm - 6:30am Monday - Friday JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Collect required samples needed for Quality Assurance testing · Exercise care and follow all sanitary process procedures associated with the pumping of mix · Maintain working knowledge related to ingredient mix for batching purposes · Report any food safety and food quality related issues to management immediately · Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues · Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all corporate regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements · The requirements herein are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employee, but is not a complete list of responsibilities, duties, and skills required.
