Plant Engineering s Building Automation role will be maintenance of infrastructure and services supporting BAE s Goff s Falls Road (MNH30/31) and MAN18 Hanger Facilities both located in Manchester New Hampshire.
The MNH30/31 facility sits on a 45 acre site and is comprised of two newly renovated 4-story connected structures totaling approximately 210,000 square feet of space supporting various internal businesses and functions. All spaces were completely renovated including installation of new finishes, flooring, walls, restrooms, lighting, furniture, and cafeteria equipment. Additionally, all supporting infrastructure is newly installed including central chiller plant, HW boilers, steam humidification boilers, electrical distribution, generators, roofing system, elevators, fire alarm systems, security systems, and IT infrastructure to name a few. All grounds have been upgraded including entryways, roadways and parking lots. Full building occupancy is projected to be approximately 700 people. (Currently 650) This role provides opportunity to work in a large multifaceted facilities organization as well as offers a competitive compensation and benefits package.
The successful candidate will be part of a Plant Engineering Team that maintains and operates building infrastructure consisting of a variety of industrial spaces. These include Office Areas, Closed DoD Space, and R&D Specialty Labs. This role will report directly to the Plant Engineering Site Manager.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
A successful candidate must be self-motivated and capable of working in a collaborative environment with strong communication skills and knowledge of industrial processes and building operations. While BAE systems is looking for someone with the following responsibilities, we are open to a full range of skill sets and levels of experience.
Familiarity with building automation systems:
+ Niagara Tridium System
+ Schneider Controller systems
+ Honeywell controller systems
+ Low voltage wiring installation and troubleshooting.
+ Solid understanding and working knowledge in PCs / networking.
+ Proficient in the use of the workbench palette and the tools supporting px files to help support and maintain the sites Graphical User Interface(s).
+ Familiarity within the Clockworks Analytical software tool.
+ Proactively optimize site control systems to better manage operating costs.
+ Works with HVAC team for collaboration on system s needs.
+ Installation, wiring and controls equipment.
+ Must be able to work from plans/ prints.
+ Proficient in MS Office applications.
+ Analyze data and adjust equipment as needed to meet the needs of sustainability objectives.
+ Stays current with evolving technologies.
+ Sustainability Team collaboration
+ Assist other Trades as needed
+ Preform all other duties as required
Full-time onsite:
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed full-time on site.
This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ High School Diploma with 7 yrs.trades experience in BAS, HVAC, ELEC, PLUMB, IT OR Associate degree with 5 yrs. trades experience in BAS, HVAC, ELEC, PLUMB, IT
+ Must be able to obtain a Niagara N4 certification, Schneider Echo Structure certifications for working within the realm of the BAE BAS network. Obtain within 1 year of employment.
+ Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Niagara 4 certification
+ 4 years' experience in relevant field.
+ Min 3 yrs. Trades experience in BAS, HVAC, ELEC, PLUMB, IT w/ Batchelor s Degree
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $74508 - $119213
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
