Job Description
Responsibilities
• Demonstrate knowledge in project management related to the preparation and organization of processes, being the focal point to lead and define priorities and sequencing for wind blades installed in projects in operation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share technical expertise, best practices and lessons learned.
• Conduct training for technicians and field guidance for in-house team and subcontractors.
• Contribute to the development and customization of tools required for inspection and repair of blades.
• Work closely with the BR and US engineering team.
• Focal and centralized point for blades.
• Develop operational procedures for blade repair.
• Ensure that Field Service activities comply with applicable technical standards.
• Maintain and update documentation related to regulatory compliance, ensuring adherence to standards and requirements.
Required Skills:
• Proven experience working with blades, particular emphasis on experience in manufacturing/repair processes.
• Knowledge of blades inspection and repair processes
• Analytical, logical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication and writing skills;
Desirable Skills:
• Degree in quantitative area (Engineering as a differential);
• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office, data manipulation and information organization;
• Ability to operate independently and as part of a team to meet the demands of a rapidly developing business;
• Experience with activity planning as a differential;
• Fluency in English (differential);
• Basic knowledge of Project Management and ability to design dashboards to facilitate data visualization and analysis.
