Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct inspections of wind turbine blades using rope access and/or drone-based techniques.
• Perform composite repairs including sanding, grinding, laminating, and finishing work on blades and related components.
• Utilize climbing and rope access techniques to safely work at height.
• Document inspection findings, maintenance activities, and repair work using digital reporting tools.
• Assist with root cause analysis of blade failures or damage.
• Follow OEM repair specifications, industry best practices, and safety standards.
• Ensure all work complies with site-specific safety policies and environmental guidelines.
• Support commissioning, warranty, and scheduled maintenance activities when required.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order and ensure proper storage and inventory management.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in wind technology, composites, or related field preferred.
• Certified in Blade Repair Level 1 or higher (preferred).
• GWO certifications required (Working at Heights, First Aid, Manual Handling, Fire Awareness).
• IRATA or SPRAT Rope Access Certification (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in wind turbine blade inspection and repair.
• Strong understanding of composite materials and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and repair manuals.
• Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
