Additional Information About the Role BJC is seeking a Program Manager for D2E Wellbeing. Ideal candidates should possess 5 years of experience in Population Health Management and 3 years in people leadership. The role entails running and interpreting reports. While primarily remote, occasional travel within the St. Louis area to engage with clients is required. The BJC Managed Care department includes multiple functions such as managed care contracting, financial analysis, systems and operations, value-based care and payment programs, payor and provider relations, and direct to employer solutions. Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Leads the strategy, development, and execution of client actionable project plans for the BJC HealthSolutions Wellbeing Program. These may consist of multiple workstreams and/or large projects including subprojects and multidisciplinary project teams coordinated to achieve engagement goals and reach successful business outcomes. Responsible for BJC HealthSolutions’ wellbeing care team members, program performance, member portal, client relationships, financial management (including P&L of program), data analytics, and continuous improvement efforts. Ensures high-impact communication strategies and drives change management to deliver measurable health outcomes with measurable ROIs for employer clients and participants. Responsibilities Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: onboarding and hiring, training, workload management & performance evaluations, conducting professional development plans as needed. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership. Develops and adheres to departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets. Responds to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals. Leads strategic planning and execution of client-facing programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals and measurable outcomes. Collaborates cross-functionally to deliver high-impact initiatives on time and within scope. Drives development of new program features and partnerships, leveraging market trends, technology, and employee feedback to continuously enhance program engagement and outcomes. Applies predictive and retrospective analytics to uncover insights, guide strategy, and improve outcomes for our clients. Uses advanced tools and methodologies to translate data into actionable intelligence. Ensures wellbeing program is aligned with federal/state regulations (HIPPA, ACA, ERISA) and employer compliance standards, mitigating risk for both the program and clients. Communicates effectively across all levels of the organization, from frontline staff to the C-suite. Delivers clear, data-driven presentations that influence decisions and foster alignment.
