This is a great opportunity to work in an innovative and collaborative environment where you can contribute to groundbreaking advancements in biotechnology. **Type** : Direct Hire **Rate** : Up to $83,000/yr **Location:** Fairfax County, VA (50% travel required) **Summary:** + Support the production, implementation, and delivery of the company’s core product offering to customer sites while contributing to future technology rollouts. **Duties:** + Oversee the procurement of equipment and monitor the production of systems + Troubleshoot and test newly built systems at the factory to ensure quality. + Install and conduct quality assurance tests on newly delivered systems at customer sites. + Assist in conducting comprehensive training sessions for both customers and employees, ensuring effective system utilization. + Partner with the sales team to provide technical expertise and support to prospective customers, helping to identify tailored solutions. **Qualifications:** + AS or BS degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. + 3+ years of experience in a relevant technical field - equipment/instrumentation, calibration, or a similiar field. + Flexibility and availability to travel to customer sites on short notice. + Exceptional time management skills, with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication abilities. + Proven problem-solving skills paired with meticulous attention to detail. _This job description is a complete list of all desired skills, but not all are required.
