This role is essential for one of the world's biggest CDMOs, focusing on conversion and new business development.ResponsibilitiesLead the sales efforts for single-use consumables and BEA product lines.Develop and implement strategies to successfully convert and acquire new business.Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of sales initiatives.Provide outstanding customer service and support to ensure client happiness.RequirementsProven track record in sales, preferably in the scientific or biotechnology industry +8 yearsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to determine client needs and provide tailored solutions.Strong negotiation skills and ability to compete in a dynamic market.Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.Willingness to travel within South Korea as required.Join us and be part of a company that values integrity, innovation, and involvement.
