Include, but are not limited to: + Records complete description of rental equipment in the cleaning log with date and initials and if applicable include AHM serial number. + Cleans and disinfects all rental equipment based on SOP’s propriety to each piece of equipment. + Cleans and disinfects using appropriate cleaner (Madacide, Sanazide, etc) and use according to manufacturer directions. + Completes, signs and dates appropriate colored quality assurance (QA) tag indicating equipment type, serial number, and complete description. + Pulls, stages, and prepares all equipment/stock for daily deliveries, including loading onto the trucks. + Updates oxygen manifest with lot numbers of oxygen tanks loaded into trucks. + Assists in the inspection of vehicles to ensure compliance with rules, standards, and regulations. + Assists in the “patient walk-in” process that is pull and supply all goods and validates with a signed order ticket. + Determines if equipment needs to be sent to the Bio-Medical department for electrical bench check. + After cleaning equipment, returns to stock in “Patient Ready” area. Equipment must always be tagged and bagged. + Cross train as delivery technician as requested. + Performs other warehouse functions including sweeping, disposal of cardboard and rubbish, etc., as assigned. + Completes required departmental in-services, as required. + Completes other duties as assigned.
