Committed to scientific rigor and operational excellence, we support all phases of drug development, ensuring high data integrity and accelerating transformative therapies. **Join us on our exciting journey!** **Job Overview:** Provide scientific and technical leadership to guide biomarker strategies for pharmaceutical and emerging biotech customers supporting clinical development programs. Ensure alignment between customer requirements and internal laboratory capabilities by coordinating across technical, scientific, and commercial teams globally (Americas, Europe, APAC, and China). Drive early engagement between biomarker and clinical teams to inform assay selection, platforms, and study design. Lead scientific discussions during feasibility assessments and strategy development. Support bid defense meetings and capability presentations and provide scientific input for RFIs, RFPs, and client proposals. Support feasibility for assay transfer, validation, and technology integration.
