Job Description Summary: An Insight Global Employer is looking for a Biomanufacturing Inventory Control Specialist will manage inventory operations in a CGMP-compliant facility, ensuring accurate handling of materials for biomanufacturing processes. This role involves receiving, releasing, and transferring materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting production needs for new and existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Control the flow of supplies and equipment, tracking and analyzing inventory levels, expiration dates and days of stock. Ensure the right amount of supplies are available to support production schedules. Keep detailed records of any change in inventory through manual reports into ERP system, dealing with inventory counts and issues in the storage area. Responsible for inventory cycle counts and support annual physical inventory counts. Support day to day business schedules or operation plans performing supplies receipt, stocking, kitting, storage and transportation coordination. Perform inventory entry and adjustments to inventory records in both ERP and Quality systems. Anticipate supply needs based on production schedules. Communicate any delay in receipt of any raw materials or supplies and expedite delivery to support work orders.
