Job DescriptionWe are looking for scientists across different levels of experience to support the analytical testing activities of platform methods across a number of mAb projects. Training will be provided and those with existing experience in small molecule experience are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities
Supports, manages and develops a small team of lab analystsConduct interviews, on-board and train new employees according to standard proceduresDevelop and maintain client relationships to ensure superlative service and quality deliverablesSupport the testing across a number of analytical techniques including: Titer, Concentration, SEC, Glycan Profiling, CEX, cIEF, CE, Reconstitution Time, Water Content, Excipient, Subvisible Particulate Matter, Appearance, Osmolality, Residuals (HPLC, ELISA, and qPCR).Perform data entry and experiment documentation adhering to Good Documentation Practices.Conduct first level data review with high attention to detailInitiate and close ELN records when necessary and appropriatePerform laboratory and equipment maintenance, as neededSupport other areas of the analytical development group as necessary to meet program requirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Biochemistry or related Science discipline with 1 - 3 years laboratory experienceExcellent organization skillsExcellent written and verbal communicationAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorshipAdditional InformationPosition is full-time, Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
