Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced professional with a strong biopharmaceutical background who excels in hands-on laboratory work and thrives in a collaborative, team-driven environment. This role offers a balance of routine operational responsibilities and strategic problem-solving, requiring someone who can navigate complexity with confidence and precision. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, adaptable to shifting priorities, and brings a proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and process improvement.

Responsibilities include: 

IVE skills in a biopharmaceutical environmentPerform flow cytometric assaysExecute multiple cell-based assaysCell culture and maintaining aseptic techniquePrepare standards and samples for analysisMonitoring and replenishing lab reagents and solutionsMaintain, calibrate, and operate instrumentation in the laboratoryDocument work as required for GMP complianceExecute work by standard operating procedures, with attention to detail, and with strong organizational skillsInteract effectively with peers and leaders as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree with 4-6 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 2-4 years of experience, OR equivalentMust have prior experience with IVEAuthorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications: 

Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures for generating reproducible dataProficient in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and related softwareQuick learner with multitasking ability and strong record-keeping and compliance skillsCritical thinker with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving abilitiesSelf-motivated, adaptable team player with a positive attitudePCR experience is preferredExperience working in a GMP environment is a plus

Additional Details: 

This is a full-time, onsite position based on a first-shift schedule (Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM), with overtime required as needed. Candidates located within a commutable distance to Andover, MA, are strongly encouraged to apply.
