Job Summary:We are looking for a hands-on bioanalytical scientist eager to work at the intersection of laboratory science, automation, and digital innovation. This role focuses on executing and evolving bioanalytical workflows while translating assays into scalable, automation-ready processes.
What You'll Be Doing:Execute bioanalytical workflows with scientific rigor, including method execution, troubleshooting, and optimizationTranslate assays into automation-ready steps through standardization and variability reductionPartner with engineering teams to develop automated protocols and define acceptance criteriaDrive assay robustness through effective controls, sample integrity practices, and contamination preventionUse data to identify failure modes, perform root cause analysis, and implement method improvementsContribute to documentation, deviations, CAPA inputs, and inspection readiness activitiesChampion digital data capture and support right-first-time execution practices
What We Are Looking For:Bachelor’s degree in a life science discipline with relevant hands-on bioanalytical laboratory experienceExperience with bioanalytical methods, troubleshooting, and laboratory workflow optimizationExposure to laboratory automation platforms, LIMS/ELN systems, or digital data workflowsOther equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $46,200.00 - $96,200.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
