Job Description:

Location: Manchester, New Hampshire

CoWorx is seeking 2nd shift Binder Finisher Machine Operators in the Manchester, NH area!

The purpose of this position is to convert channel material through the Binder Finish process following established Standard Operating Procedures.

Responsibilities:

Convert channel material through the Binder Finishing process following established Standard Operating Procedures and Control Plans.
Maintain quality standards and a clean work area.
Rotate through all functions of process regularly.

Desired Background/Skills:

Must be 18 years old or older
Commitment to Safety
Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Promotes a culture of safety within the organization by leading by example and encouraging others to prioritize safety.
Promptly reports any safety incidents or near-misses to the appropriate personnel and contributes to the investigation process.
Active participation in safety-related programs and initiatives is required as necessary. This includes involvement in the safety committee on a rotating schedule, as well as participation in Risk Assessments, Exposure Hunts, department inspections, and change management activities.
