Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BIM Technician III to join our innovative team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will lead advanced technical work utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support complex construction projects. + Spearhead the development and implementation of BIM models for complex construction projects + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and efficient BIM integration + Manage and coordinate BIM-related aspects of projects, including timelines and deliverables + Analyze and resolve technical issues related to BIM implementation + Mentor and supervise junior BIM technicians, overseeing workflow and quality control + Develop and maintain BIM standards, templates, and best practices + Participate in client meetings to present BIM solutions and address technical queries + Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends + Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in the UAE + Lead continuous improvement initiatives for BIM processes and workflows **Qualifications** + Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in BIM technology and advanced technical work + Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, and other relevant tools + Strong knowledge of construction processes, building systems, and industry standards + Excellent 3D modeling and visualization skills + Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead teams + Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills + Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities + Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment + Familiarity with UAE building codes and regulations (preferred) + Willingness to adapt to new technologies and innovative approaches in BIM + Strong project management skills and leadership abilities + Experience in mentoring and developing junior team members + Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality control + Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
