Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled and innovative Technician - Digital Delivery to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the efficient and effective delivery of digital content and services to our clients. As a key member of our digital delivery team, you will collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions and maintain high-quality standards. + Assist in the preparation and revision of technical drawings, layouts, and documentation using advanced BIM and CAD software. + Support the development and implementation of digital delivery strategies and processes. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of digital content and services. + Troubleshoot technical issues related to digital delivery systems and provide solutions. + Maintain and update digital asset libraries and databases. + Conduct quality assurance checks on digital deliverables to ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards. + Assist in the creation and maintenance of documentation for digital delivery processes and best practices. + Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new digital delivery tools and technologies. + Support the team in meeting project deadlines and deliverables. + Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for digital delivery workflows and methodologies. **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. + Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Civil 3D, Autodesk MAP, Bentley MicroStation, and Infraworks. + Strong command of GIS software including Esri ArcGIS and QGIS. + Experience with Autodesk AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks. + Knowledge of digital content delivery systems and processes. + Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. + Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and accuracy. + Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Innovative mindset with a passion for staying current with emerging digital technologies. + Customer-focused approach with the ability to understand and meet client needs. + Analytical thinking and efficient work habits. + Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
