Job Title: BIM Specialist Job Description We are seeking a BIM Specialist with proven Revit experience. This role requires a technical degree or a minimum of 1-3 years of related industry experience for entry-level positions, and 5+ years for mid to high-level roles. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit, BIM, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and 3D design software. + Experience with construction documentation and modeling. + Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools. + Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. + Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience. + Experience with electrical modeling and design. Work Environment This is an onsite position preferred for 5 days a week, located in an office with approximately 140 people. The office culture emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, encouraging employees to roll up their sleeves and work together. The role will be part of the BES team, focusing on structural buildings.
