BIM Specialist
Job Title: BIM Specialist Job Description We are seeking a BIM Specialist with proven Revit experience. This role requires a technical degree or a minimum of 1-3 years of related industry experience for entry-level positions, and 5+ years for mid to high-level roles. The candidate must be proficient with 3D design software and document management infrastructure, as well as Microsoft Office products and communication tools. If interested and qualified, please send an updated resume and availability for a 15 minute phone call to sgado@actalentservices. com.Responsibilities + Utilize Revit and other 3D coordination tools to develop and manage construction documents. + Collaborate with the BES team focusing on structural buildings. + Ensure precise modeling and coordination of electrical systems. + Maintain effective communication with team members and other stakeholders. + Organize and document project details with attention to accuracy and detail. Essential Skills + Proficiency in Revit, BIM, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and 3D design software. + Experience with construction documentation and modeling. + Competency in Microsoft Office products and communication tools. + Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. + Intermediate understanding of engineering or architectural concepts. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Technical degree or a minimum of 3 years related industry experience. + Experience with electrical modeling and design. Work Environment This is an onsite position preferred for 5 days a week, located in an office with approximately 140 people. The office culture emphasizes collaboration and teamwork, encouraging employees to roll up their sleeves and work together. The role will be part of the BES team, focusing on structural buildings. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
