BIM & Project Coordinator
Our client, a leading architectural and engineering firm, is seeking a BIM Coordinator to join their team. As a BIM Coordinator, you will be part of the project management team supporting various design initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** BIM Coordinator **Location:** Remote **What's the Job?** + BIM Management: Develop, implement, and maintain BIM workflows, ensuring projects align with industry standards and firm-wide protocols. + Model Coordination: Facilitate integration between architectural, structural, and MEP models, resolving conflicts to improve project accuracy. + Collaboration & Communication: Act as a bridge between architects, engineers, and contractors, ensuring seamless model exchange and interdisciplinary coordination. + Quality Control: Conduct regular model audits to maintain accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project requirements. + Training & Support: Provide guidance to designers and project teams on BIM best practices, software usage, and model efficiency. PROJECT COORDINATION EXPECTATIONS: Project Coordination: assist project managers for administrative activities such as developing meeting minutes, setting up project meetings, filing correspondences from project stakeholders, follow up with internal coordination/action items, making sure all deliverables to be sent to the clients, and other coordination work.
