Join us. **Job Description** + Lead the development, implementation, and execution of the BIM strategy for the stadium project in alignment with client goals and PMC digital delivery frameworks. + Manage federated BIM models and coordinate across multidisciplinary design and delivery teams to enable integrated project execution. + Establish and enforce project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), data exchange protocols, and quality control procedures. + Oversee BIM compliance across all stakeholders, ensuring adherence to Level of Development (LOD), naming conventions, COBie requirements, and other standards. + Conduct BIM model audits, chair coordination meetings, and produce regular progress reports. + Facilitate collaboration between client representatives, design consultants, contractors, and other key stakeholders to resolve clashes and ensure coordination across all project phases. + Support the construction and site teams in applying 4D/5D BIM for construction planning and digital delivery tracking. + Stay informed on emerging tools and technologies (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, BIM 360, ACC) to continuously drive innovation and project efficiency. + Mentor and train internal and external teams to maintain consistent and high-quality digital delivery standards **Qualifications** + 15+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction, with at least 5 years in a BIM leadership role. + Proven experience managing BIM processes on large-scale sports facilities or stadium projects. + Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, and other collaborative BIM tools. + Strong understanding of ISO 19650 standards and international best practices in BIM. + Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills. + Experience within the Middle East region, particularly on PMC-led programs, is strongly preferred. + Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and external partners in complex stakeholder environments. **Additional Information** This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and forms a critical part of a high-profile PMC team supporting a major sports infrastructure development.
