Job Description:

We are urgently hiring a BIM Manager to lead and grow our digital design team. This is a standout opportunity for someone who has advanced from a BIM Coordinator role and brings strong MEP experience. You’ll manage a team of 12 BIM professionals across the region, develop innovative workflows, and lead training programs. What makes this role truly exciting? Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage BIM staff, including performance reviews and resource allocationDevelop and implement BIM execution plans and workflowsProvide training to BIM and engineering staffPerform project modeling (20–25% of the time)Support family creation initiatives and clash detection using NavisworksUse tools like Revit, Dynamo, Python, and other programming software to optimize workflows

Qualifications:

8-10 years of BIM experience, including team leadershipStrong knowledge of Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo, and programming (Python preferred)Experience with BIM execution plans and MEP coordinationAuthorized to work in the U.S.

This company is based in Golden, CO and they offer a hybrid work schedule (3 days in office).

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
