Job Title: BIM Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to develop and manage 3D/4D BIM models, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals. The ideal candidate will coordinate with various teams and stakeholders, perform clash detection, and maintain model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage 3D/4D BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and other VDC tools.Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy and alignment with project goals.Perform clash detection and lead resolution meetings with stakeholders.Generate construction visualizations and simulations to support planning and sequencing.Maintain model integrity and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.Support field teams with model-based workflows and digital coordination.Essential Skills7-10 years of experience in VDC/BIM roles within the AEC industry.Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other modeling tools.Strong understanding of construction processes and sequencing.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with data center or mission-critical projects is a strong plus.2+ years construction or related experience preferred.Commercial experience in design, modeling, and construction.Work Environment

This position requires on-site work in Dallas, offering an opportunity to engage directly with project teams and stakeholders. The role involves using advanced BIM software tools such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $58.00/hr.
