Produce detailed technical drawings and schematics using CAD software while collaborating with architects, engineers, and contractors to support building design and construction documentation.

Job Requirements:

Experience drawing floor plans, blueprints, and mechanical drawings

Proficiency in CAD software for creating technical drawings

Understanding of federal, state, and local building codes

Ability to produce accurate schematics, diagrams, and technical illustrations

Experience drafting interior spaces, including walls, staircases, railings, and doors

Preferred Skills:

Experience using Revit and BIM software

Familiarity with construction documentation standards

Ability to work closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors

Ability to learn and execute technical drawings quickly and efficiently

Job Responsibilities:

Create detailed floor plans and mechanical schematics

Develop accurate construction documents in compliance with code requirements

Collaborate with design teams to translate concepts into technical drawings

Maintain drawing standards and ensure quality control of drafting output

Utilize Revit and BIM tools for 3D modeling and coordination of building systems

Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
