Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Coordinator MEPF (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection) to join our team in Gurugram, India. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for MEPF systems in construction projects.

Develop and maintain BIM models for MEPF systems using industry-standard softwareCoordinate with project teams to ensure accurate integration of MEPF systems in the overall building modelPerform clash detection and resolution to identify and address conflicts between different building systemsGenerate reports and documentation to support project teams and stakeholdersCollaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to optimize MEPF designs and improve constructabilityEnsure compliance with building codes, standards, and project specificationsParticipate in project meetings and provide BIM expertise to support decision-making processesDevelop and implement BIM standards and best practices for MEPF coordinationTrain and mentor team members on BIM tools and processes

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field3-5 years of experience in BIM coordination, preferably in MEPF systemsProficiency in BIM software, such as Revit and NavisworksStrong knowledge of MEPF systems and construction processesExcellent 3D modeling and coordination skillsExperience in clash detection and resolutionUnderstanding of building codes and standards related to MEPF systemsKnowledge of construction methodologies and project managementBIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferredExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsDetail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiencyAbility to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
