Join us. **Job Description** + Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks + Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of BIM processes + Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and best practices + Support the integration of BIM and Digital strategies within architecture team + Provide technical support to architecture team members on BIM software and processes + Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends **Qualifications** + Master's degree in Architecture + 3-4 years of experience in BIM implementation and management + Very good knowledge of English and Polish + Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks + Knowledge of construction processes and building systems + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Experience working on architectural, engineering, or construction projects + Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment + Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developments **Additional Information** + BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred **ReqID:** J10132990 **Business Line:** B&P - Buildings & Places **Business Group:** DCS **Strategic Business Unit:** Europe & India **Career Area:** Design **Work Location Model:** Hybrid **Legal Entity:** AECOM Polska Sp. z o.o.
