Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented BIM Coordinator to oversee the development, implementation, and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes across multidisciplinary design teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring digital collaboration, model accuracy, and adherence to project standards throughout the lifecycle of various projects.

The position offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing you to work out of the client's office in Maryland. You will be part of a small to medium-sized construction management and owner's representative company, working on exciting government projects. The company provides a supportive and collaborative work environment with good compensation. Dress code is business casual.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $58.00/hr.
