Join us. **Job Description** We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical BIM Specialist I to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a BIM Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for our architectural, engineering, and construction projects. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in one of the world's most dynamic cities. + Develop and maintain BIM models using industry-standard software such as Autodesk Revit and Navisworks + Collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of BIM processes + Create 3D visualizations and renderings to support project presentations and client communications + Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution of design conflicts + Assist in developing and maintaining BIM standards, templates, and best practices + Support the integration of BIM with other project management and design tools + Provide technical support and training to team members on BIM software and processes + Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and industry trends + Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Dubai and the UAE **Qualifications** + Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field + 2-3 years of experience in BIM implementation and management + Proficiency in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and Navisworks + Strong skills in 3D modeling, visualization, and AutoCAD + In-depth knowledge of construction processes and building systems + Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills + Strong communication and interpersonal skills + Experience working on architectural, engineering, or construction projects + Understanding of AEC industry standards and practices + Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Dubai + BIM certification (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional) preferred + Ability to work efficiently and stay organized in a fast-paced environment + Willingness to adapt to new technologies and industry developments **Additional Information** **About AECOM** AECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
