Harvey & Sons** is looking for a **Billing Specialist** to join our GROWING team in **Westborough, MA.** **Schedule:** Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm **Pay rate:** $28.00+ DOE **Duties and Responsibilities will include:** + Daily reconciliation and posting of work orders and charge slips + Month end manual billing and reconciliation of municipal accounts + Preparing customer account adjustments + Preparing customer refund requests + Reviewing error reports and determining appropriate corrective action + Communicating with customers regarding billing issues or questions + Special projects as assigned **What we need from you:** + 2+ years previous billing and/or accounting experience. + Proficiency in MS Excel. + Strong attention to detail and accuracy. + Ability to use logic and reasoning to accomplish tasks, analyze data, and propose solutions. + Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, set priorities, plan ahead, and meet deadlines. + An initiative to learn and a great work ethic. **What you’ll get from us:** + Competitive Compensation + 401(K) with company match; let us help you save for your future + Healthcare; Medical, Dental, Vision + Perks, perks, perks!
