In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring billing accuracy, timely processing, and compliance with internal controls and industry standards.

Temp-to-Hire position$23.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Prepare, review, and process billing statements and invoices in a timely and accurate mannerReconcile billing discrepancies and resolve any issues with internal teams and clientsMaintain organized billing records and support month-end and year-end closing processesEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulationsProvide support to accounting and finance teams as neededUtilize ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, or similar) to manage billing functionsBilling Specialist Qualifications:
Preferred experience in ERP systems (JDE, Oracle, or similar) to manage billing functionsAccounts Payable - PreferredInvoicing - RequiredMicrosoft OS -Required Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
