Job Description
Utilize accounting and operational software to analyze costs and generate invoices for leadership and commercial clients. Ensure all necessary supporting documentation is compiled and available to validate invoice amounts submitted for reimbursement in accordance with contractual agreements. Maintain financial records for assigned activities or projects and track client accounts using spreadsheets and/or digital files to monitor invoice and payment status. Support the Revenue Manager by delivering responsive customer service to both internal teams and external stakeholders regarding invoice-related inquiries.
Responsibilities

Proficiency in accounts receivable processes.Experience with billing collections and audit procedures.Strong skills in invoicing and billing research.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience handling billing discrepancies.Familiarity with full cycle accounts receivable processes.Knowledge of federal regulations and auditing workload management.Ability to manage outstanding payments effectively.Work Environment
Work within a small team of four in an office setting.

This is a Contract position based out of Jacksonville, Florida.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
