Processing, tracking and completing billing statementsProcessing cancellations requestsProcessing Plan Change requestsCompleting billing adjustmentsHandling inbound and outbound calls with customers regarding payment inquiriesperforming data entry onto Company's business softwareperforms clerical tasks and other duties as assignedSubject to assisting with “Supervisory” calls
