Responsibilities: • Prepare and issue invoices to customers while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established billing procedures. • Monitor and track expenses to ensure profitability and identify any discrepancies in cost reporting. • Process and manage change orders, maintaining clear and updated financial records. • Utilize accounting software systems to streamline billing and reporting tasks. • Handle accounts receivable (AR) processes, ensuring timely payments and collections. • Respond to inbound calls related to billing inquiries, providing efficient customer service. • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve billing-related issues promptly. • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies in all billing activities. Requirements • Demonstrated expertise in accounts receivable (AR) functions. • Excellent communication skills, especially when handling inbound customer calls. • Ability to work independently and manage billing operations efficiently. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
