Kforce is immediately seeking an experienced Bill Solutions Architect in support of our enterprise telecommunications and mass media client based in Saint Louis, MO. We are seeking a Billing Solutions Architect to join a high-impact team supporting a Fortune 500 telecommunications company. This role is critical to the success of the client's billing initiative, ensuring seamless billing operations and accurate financial flows across service and device promotions. You will work across three functional arms: * Configuration & Promotion Enablement - Architecting solutions to support service/device promotions * Triage & Issue Resolution - Diagnosing and resolving billing-related issues * Software Solutioning & SDLC Oversight - Driving full lifecycle solutioning from intake through testing Key Responsibilities: * Translate business requirements into scalable billing architecture designs * Lead solutioning efforts across monthly intake cycles (~20-25 tickets/month) * Define APIs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure scope and requirements are complete * Partner with software development teams to guide implementation through the full SDLC: intake, grooming, development, testing, and deployment * Ensure billing accuracy and integrity across promotions and upgrades * Approve business requirements, functional specs, and testing strategies to ensure architectural alignment * Collaborate with stakeholders to apply architecture standards and negotiate design decisions
